These terms apply to Honeycomb Geoguesser (“the game”), operated by Snail Games USA, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By playing the game, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t play.

The game

The game is free to play. Honeycomb: The World Beyond, Sota7, and the related names, images, and maps are owned by Frozen Way and are used with permission.

Leaderboard names

Your leaderboard name is public. It must not:

• be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or harassing;
• impersonate another person, player, creator, or organization;
• include personal information, such as a real full name, address, or contact details, whether yours or someone else’s;
• advertise or link to anything.

We may remove or change any name, and the scores connected to it, at our discretion.

Fair play

Please play fairly. You must not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, interfere with the game or its servers, or try to access data you aren’t meant to. We may remove scores, reset leaderboards, or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause, or end the game, or reset leaderboards and scores, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that scores will be kept permanently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or scores, arising from your use of the game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
