Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Honeycomb Geoguesser (“the game”) is operated by Snail Games USA Inc (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at honeycomb@frozenway.games.

What we collect

What we don’t collect

We don’t ask for your email address, real name, phone number, payment details, or your device’s location. The game has no advertising and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

Information stored in your browser

The game saves your anonymous player ID and your preferred screenshot speed in your browser’s local storage. This is needed for the game to work. If you clear your browser data, the game will treat you as a new player and you won’t be able to reclaim your previous name or scores.

Service providers

We use these providers to run the game. They process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies:

How long we keep it

We keep your leaderboard name and gameplay information for as long as the game is running, unless you ask us to delete it or we remove it under our Terms. Leaderboards may be reset from time to time. Our service providers keep their technical logs according to their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information connected to your player by contacting [contact email] with your leaderboard name. Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under local law, and you can contact us to exercise them.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. Please don’t use your real name or any other personal information as your leaderboard name. If you are a parent and believe your child has shared personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signals. The game doesn’t track you across other websites, doesn’t show ads, and doesn’t sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off and the game works the same either way. The service providers listed above receive standard technical information when your browser loads files from them, but we don’t use them to follow your activity over time or across other sites.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you rights over your personal information. In the past 12 months, we have collected these categories of personal information:

We collect this information directly from you and from your browser, and use it for the purposes described in “How we use it” above. We disclose it only to the service providers listed above, to run the game. We don’t sell or share personal information (as the CCPA defines those terms), including that of consumers under 16, and we don’t collect sensitive personal information. We keep information as described in “How long we keep it” above.

You have the right to:

To make a request, email [contact email] with your leaderboard name. Because players are anonymous, we may ask for details only the player would know, such as when you last played or your approximate scores, to confirm the request is yours. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you with your written permission. We will respond within 45 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game changes. We’ll update the date at the top when we do.
